EV charging fees and commission

If your space has EV charging enabled tenants will have the option of adding EV charging to their space booking.

We charge a standard rate across all charger types and speeds based on the length of booking, which will be applied to the overall price of the booking.

Our EV charging fees follow the same commission model as our space pricing:

Daily
Charged to tenant - £50.00
Landlord receives - £32.00

Weekly cap
Charged to tenant - £100.00
Landlord receives - £70.00

Monthly cap
Charged to tenant - £300.00
Landlord receives - £228.00
