What happens if the tenant doesn’t pay and continues to park in my space?

It is ParkLet’s responsibility to collect rental payment from the tenant, and then pay the Landlord. In the event of non-payment, the landlord will be notified immediately, and ParkLet will work with our credit control team to retrieve the funds. If in the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel a contract due to non payment, and the tenant continues to park in your space, this will be an illegal act and we will assist you in taking further action i.e. notifying local police authorities, utilising local wheel clamp operators.
